We’re pleased to announce our 2016 Valentine’s Day Specials featuring some of the true stars from the Baronessa menu such as Braised Port Tenderloin, Vitello ala Sorrentina, and Trotta di Mare. All entrees come with either a Baronessa House Salad or Caesar Salad

Braised Pork Tenderloin
Braised pork tenderloin with fresh herbs thyme, garlic, rosemary, sage and Lemon zest with a Dijon vinaigrette sauce
Served with sautéed potato, vegetables

Stuffed Veal Chop
Stuffed veal chop with prosciutto, fontina cheese, grilled with garlic, rosemary, sage. Served with sautéed potato asparagus

Canelloni Di Vitello Alla Italiana
 Homemade crepes Suzette stuffed with ground veal, onions, and celery, carrots. Parmigiano cheese.  Baked in cream sauce

Vitello alla Sorrentina
Medallions of veal covered with eggplant, fontina cheese sautéed with cream of sherry wine in aurora sauce served with roasted vegetables

Fillet of Flounder Alla Fiorentina
Fillet of flounder sautéed with butter, and garlic, shallots, covered with spinach
Cooked in cream sauce served with vegetables

Trotta di Mare
Stuffed rainbow trout with baby shrimps, onions and red bell peppers
Broil in lemon and butter sauce served with roasted vegetables

Linguini Al Pescatore
Linguini pasta with combinations of seafood calamari, shrimps, scallops Sautéed with garlic and olive oil in white wine sauce or tomato sauce
